Job Description: Oversees the overall vibe of each service. The style/decor, the smell, the cleanliness, etc. with her team.

Job Description: Oversees & plans pre-service event for each Wednesday. Put on actual game/event, & make sure necessary supplies for game is bought/brought by his/her team.

Dept. : BUS MINISTRY

Coordinator- Pastor Phil
Job Description: Oversees & plans who will be the second adult on the bus to supervise while going to pick up kids & drop them off.

Job Description: Oversee that each small group has an even amount of kids, & to distribute new kids to specific small groups each week.

Job Description- Oversee congregation & make sure everyone is plugged in and connected. Follow up with ones who haven’t attended in awhile, etc.

Dept. : HOSPITALITY/GATHERING GROUNDS CAFE

Job Description- Oversees & maintains Gathering Grounds Cafe, brings needed supplies, (plates, forks, coffee creamer, cups, etc)

Dept. : CHILDREN/NURSERY MINISTRY

Coordinator- Sonia Lopez
Job Description- Oversees children & nursery ministry. Delegating/helping team members to rotate being in nursery weekly. Getting with team regarding children’s ministry.

Dept. : TRANSPORTATION IF NEEDED
Day of responsibility: Sunday’s
Coordinator- David Williams
Job Description- If people need to be picked up, coordinator will reach out to specific people to meet the need.
Team- Kelton, Hayley, (Others willing to help)
We are so grateful to have all of these positions filled. We honor and appreciate each commitment that is being made to make these services happen on a weekly basis. We love all of you & are blessed to do ministry alongside each of you!
Lastly, to ensure each position is being managed weekly, we ask that if you are the coordinator of a position; you txt/email Kyle and myself to inform us of how your position will be fulfilled for the service/services that week. The email/txt doesn’t have to be in excessive detail. We are just wanting to know how you plan to fulfill the need of your department that week, as well as how you plan to make sure the needs are being met within your department. Pastor Kyle is needing to know how your dept. will play it’s role for each service by Tuesday evening on a weekly basis. This gives each dept. coordinator time to get with their team & plan for Wednesday night service, Sunday morning service, or both depending on what department you lead. If you have any questions or need any help with your specific dept. Let Kyle & I know and we will gladly help where it’s needed. Our phone numbers and emails are below.
